- Welcome and seat customers politely.
- Present menus and explain menu items or specials.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner.
- Check on customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of dining area.
- Coordinate with kitchen and billing staff.
- Handle customer complaints professionally.
- Process bills and payments when required.
- Follow hygiene and safety standards.
