Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors with professionalism.
- Handle client and customer calls, inquiries, and visitor coordination.
- Maintain and organize records, files, and important documents.
- Update and manage Excel sheets related to office operations, transactions, and documentation.
- Manage official correspondence via email.
- Perform other administrative and coordination tasks as assigned.
- Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate records, and communicating with applicants.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic computer applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
