Chaithanya Granites & Marble is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship & Business Development Coordinator to strengthen client relationships and support business growth. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be capable of coordinating customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective and existing customers through telecalling.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify and list new projects and business opportunities.
- Prepare and send quotations and cost estimates accurately and on time.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, inquiries, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely customer support.
- Maintain customer records, project details, and follow-up reports.
- Achieve assigned business development and customer engagement targets.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Civil background is an added advantage).
- 1–3 years of experience in customer relationship management, telecalling, or business development.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to prepare quotations and estimates accurately.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
