- Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential customers
- Explain project details and plot investment opportunities professionally
- Generate and follow up on leads
- Maintain customer database and daily call records
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team
- Build good customer relationships and answer inquiries confidently
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Confident and positive personality
- Experience in telecalling/sales preferred
- Freshers can also apply
