Role Overview
- Department: Field Sales Executive
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Primary Objective: Drive company revenue by conducting premium on-site consultations, presenting customized automation/lighting proposals, building a robust network of architects/designers, and closing high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities & Duties A. Direct Client Consultations & Closures (B2C / HNIs)
- On-Site Assessments: Conduct physical site walk-throughs with premium homeowners and villa buyers to evaluate floor plans, false ceiling status, lighting circuits, and motorized curtain requirements.
- Consultative Upselling: Educate clients on how smart systems integrate with luxury interior design, focusing on aesthetic value, human-centric lighting (circadian rhythm), and sleek keypad interfaces.
- Proposal Presentation: Design customized, detailed Bill of Quantities (BoQs) and present them to the client with clear ROI on luxury, convenience, and safety.
- Deal Closing: Confidently handle premium price negotiations, overcome technical doubts, and secure advance payments.
B. Channel Partner Network Development (B2B)
- Architect & Designer Empanelment: Actively visit and build deep, long-term relationships with elite architects, luxury interior designers, lighting consultants, and luxury project managers.
- Continuous Engagement: Ensure your smart automation solutions are specified at the initial drawing/layout stage of premium residential and commercial construction projects.
- Referral Management: Smoothly manage the company's referral incentive programs for empanelled design professionals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven on-field sales experience with a consistent track record of target achievements.
- Industry Preference (Specific): Direct experience in Premium Decorative/Architectural Lighting, Luxury Interior Design Studios, High-End Modular Kitchens/Wardrobes, Luxury Real Estate, or Home Automation.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional presentation skills, ability to confidently pitch to High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), and a strong visual sense for luxury interior aesthetics.
- Technical Familiarity: Must be comfortable reading basic architectural floor plans, electrical drawings, and understanding fundamental automation layouts.
- Vehicle Requirement: Must possess a personal vehicle and valid driver's license for daily field visits and client meetings.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
