This role supports our businesses in Digital Marketing, Talent & Staffing, and Trading Solutions. Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp outreach for Digital Marketing, Talent & Staffing, and Trading Solutions
- Identify and connect with potential clients.
- Schedule meetings with decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and introduce relevant company services.
- Follow up with prospective clients and nurture leads.
- Build long-term business relationships.
- Achieve monthly business development targets.
Client Coordination
- Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients.
- Coordinate meetings between clients and the management team.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
- Follow up with clients throughout the sales process.
- Assist in maintaining positive client relationships.
Operations Support
- Coordinate with different departments across our sister companies.
- Support project execution by ensuring timely communication.
- Assist management with day-to-day operational activities.
- Perform other business support tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in BBA, BBM, BMS, B.Com, Marketing, or any related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, Customer Service, or Operations are preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Confident in speaking with clients over phone and online meetings.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently from home.
