Job Description
We are looking for a hardworking and responsible Ward Boy to join our healthcare team in Kharghar. The candidate will assist in providing quality patient care by supporting doctors, nurses, and hospital staff in day-to-day ward operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist patients in moving within the hospital.
Help nurses with patient care and routine ward activities.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in patient rooms and ward areas.
Transport patients for tests, procedures, and admissions/discharges.
Shift medical equipment, reports, and supplies as required.
Assist in emergency situations under the supervision of medical staff.
Ensure patient comfort and provide timely assistance when needed.
Follow hospital safety, hygiene, and infection control protocols.
Requirements:
Minimum 10th Pass.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Physically fit and willing to work in rotational shifts.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
