The purpose of this role is to create solution architectures for systems and platforms ensuring all relevant options are explored for time, cost and compliance to the company’s standards, policies and practices whilst meeting the business’ requirements. The role will oversee the work of other architects and delivery of the solution for clients both internal and external, shepherding it through the relevant governance.
Design and estimate deep technical, custom development solutions that meet customer needs with a strong hands-on experience on Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Demo experience is a plus.
Design and develop technical artefacts, solution design documents, Functional and Non-Functional Mapping of requirements.
Scoping of Solutions, Implementation and Managed Services during presales and completing Services Success Document (services proposal to accompany RFP)
Defining a client’s operating model, business process definition and enabling client champions to own program components.
Identifying risks and creating mitigation plans by performing gap analysis.
Setting program guardrails and managing program scope and dealing with Change Requests - scope or project management
Timeline Management, Project Planning & Tracking Program Progress by workstream
Lead technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions aligned with client business objectives; identify gaps between client's current and desired end states. Convert the business use cases to technical specifications on multiple adobe solutions.
Leading a diverse, cross-functional project team and clearly communicating goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to your project teams and partners.
Handling the client relationships, including all client communications with the clients’ Business owners and IT leaders
Leading project scope for managed services, budget, and resource allocation to ensure a profitable, and executing managed services
