The ideal candidate will be in charge of the organization and efficiency of daily office operations. From accounting, to facility management, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.

Responsibilities

Manage the reception area and staff to ensure effective communication both internally and externally

Provide office guests with a hospitable experience

Supervise the maintenance of office areas, equipment, and facilities

Interact with IT, phone and building personnel as needed

Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.

Managing filing systems;(Debtors, Creditors, Employees records, Client agreement )

Developing and implementing new administrative systems, such as record management;

Recording office expenditure and managing the budget (Petty cash )

Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs;

Dealing with vendors

Managing bills and its payment cycle

Travel booking
-
Visit Bank, Vendor’s office, Govt. Offices if requires (Very occasionally)
Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
