Job Designation: Assistant (Examination)
Job Summary:
The Assistant will provide efficient academic, administrative, and coordination support to ensure smooth operational workflows, accurate record-keeping, and compliance with university and regulatory requirements,
While supporting faculty, staff, and students.
Support day-to-day operations across academics, examinations
Coordinate the planning, scheduling, and conduct of internal and external examinations.
Address student queries, grievances, and discrepancies related to examinations and results.
Prepare reports, MIS, and documentation related to examination activities.
Support audits, inspections, and compliance requirements related to examinations
Manage communication, records, and data with accuracy and confidentiality
Ensure adherence to examination rules, regulations, and standard operating procedures.
Facilitate examination processes, including scheduling, verification, and coordination

Provide timely support in general administration and departmental coordination
Educational Qualification
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in academic administration, examinations
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
Skills and Competencies
Hands-on expertise in MS Office (especially Excel); knowledge of Oracle and SAP is preferred
Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities with high attention to detail
Professional communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with academic administration processes, and regulatory compliance
