Job Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist visitors, students, parents at the reception.
* Attend incoming calls and provide accurate information.
* Maintain visitor records, inquiry data, and follow-up details.
* Handle admission inquiries, form filling, and counseling support.
* Manage front desk documentation, file maintenance, and data entry.
* Coordinate with staff, faculty, and management for daily operations.
* Keep the reception area clean, organized, and professional.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Minimum Graduate or relevant qualification.
* Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Punjabi.
* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, typing).
* Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities calmly.
