About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to oversee the construction of our hotel project in Jaipur. The candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, ensuring quality work, coordinating with contractors, and completing the project on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all civil construction work at the project site.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and consultants.
- Monitor labour productivity and daily site progress.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure timely completion of work.
- Check measurements and verify contractor bills.
- Ensure proper use of construction materials and minimize wastage.
- Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and site discipline.
- Report project updates, delays, and issues to the management.
Requirements
- Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in building construction projects.
- Experience in hotel, commercial, or residential projects will be preferred.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Good knowledge of RCC, masonry, finishing, waterproofing, plumbing coordination, and electrical coordination.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic site documentation.
