Job Description:
Hemens Business Solutions is hiring a Business Development Executive to generate international business opportunities from the Australia and UK markets.
The role is suitable for candidates who have strong English communication, confidence in client handling, and interest in international B2B sales.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads from Australia and UK markets through calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Identify potential clients for recruitment, BPO, IT services, digital services, and business support solutions.
- Schedule meetings with decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable services.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups.
- Maintain lead and sales activity records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.
- Achieve monthly sales and meeting targets.
Required Skills:
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Confident in speaking with international clients.
- Good persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to work with targets.
- Freshers with strong communication can apply.
Preferred Experience:
- 1 to 3 years in business development, international sales, lead generation, or B2B sales.
- Experience with Australia or UK clients will be preferred.
- Experience selling recruitment, BPO, IT, software, or digital services will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,197.93 - ₹28,000.00 per month
