The Head of ABM & Growth will own Systango's account-based marketing strategy, demand generation initiatives, and enterprise growth programs across key global markets.
This role requires a highly commercial marketing leader with deep experience in B2B technology services, digital engineering, consulting, AI/GenAI, cloud, and software development services. The successful candidate will work closely with sales, delivery, leadership, and subject matter experts to drive engagement within strategic enterprise accounts, generate qualified pipeline, and contribute directly to revenue growth.
This is a leadership role responsible for marketing strategy, execution, performance management, and team development.

Define and execute Systango's global ABM strategy focused on enterprise and mid-market accounts.

Build account segmentation frameworks and prioritize Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 target accounts.

10+ years of experience in B2B technology marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, or ABM.

Proven experience marketing IT Services, Digital Engineering, Technology Consulting, SaaS, AI/ML, Cloud, or Software Development services.

Demonstrated success in generating enterprise pipeline and contributing to revenue growth.

Strong expertise in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and execution.

Experience working with enterprise sales teams and complex B2B buying cycles.
