We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and fashion-forward Store Assistant to oversee the daily operations of our couture stores while supporting brand growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless store operations, driving sales performance, managing inventory, coordinating with creative teams, and contributing to marketing and product launch strategies.
This role requires a blend of retail operations expertise, customer service excellence, commercial awareness, and a passion for fashion and luxury retail.
Key Responsibilities: Store Operations & Management
- Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of both store locations.
- Ensure smooth functioning of sales activities, inventory management, customer service, and store administration.
- Monitor store appearance, visual merchandising standards, and overall customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with operational processes and brand standards.
Sales & Customer Experience
- Support the team in achieving sales targets and business objectives.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
- Handle customer feedback, concerns, and service recovery professionally.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Inventory & Stock Management
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment requirements.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and display of couture collections.
- Track best-selling products and identify inventory trends.
Team Supervision & Development
- Provide guidance, support, and motivation to store staff.
- Conduct regular store visits and performance reviews.
- Assist in staff scheduling and daily task allocation.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Marketing & Brand Coordination
- Coordinate with photographers, designers, and content creators to ensure consistent brand communication across all channels.
- Assist in planning photoshoots, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure alignment between store activities and overall brand strategy.
Business Development & Marketing Initiatives
- Suggest innovative marketing ideas, promotional campaigns, and strategic collaborations to increase brand visibility and sales.
- Monitor fashion and retail trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Support customer engagement initiatives and loyalty-building activities.
Product & Collection Planning
- Research market trends, customer preferences, and seasonal demands.
- Recommend new product categories, collections, and launch opportunities.
- Provide insights on customer feedback and purchasing behavior to support design and merchandising decisions.
Launch Planning & Campaign Execution
- Develop launch plans for upcoming collections and special projects.
- Create and maintain marketing calendars and promotional schedules.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Track campaign performance and recommend improvements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Management, Retail Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in fashion retail, luxury retail, boutique management, or store operations.
- Experience in couture, designer fashion, or premium retail brands is preferred.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and customer service.
