We are looking to hire an experienced Civil Engineer for luxury villa construction project in North Goa. The roles and responsibilities will be as follows:
- Preparing construction schedules and estimating costs and materials of projects using engineering software such as AutoCAD
- Coordinating with architects, supervisors and other team members to execute the plans and ensure that projects are completed on time and and within budget & safety parameters
- Inspecting construction sites to ensure that work is being done accurately according to compliances and specifications
- Supervising vendors, contractors and labours for smooth on-site operations
- Assist in placing timely purchase orders on-site
- Report daily, weekly and monthly progress to site in-charge, planning and executing future targets
Skills & Requirements:
- A relevant degree in Civil Engineering
- 6-8 years of work experience
- Must have worked on a residential project from the start to handover
- Prior experience of working at luxury residential projects will be preferred
Job Types: Regular / Permanent, Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
