HR Executive (India Based)
Salary: 3-5lpa depending on experience
Location: Bangalore (Hybrid - 2 days from India Office Location)

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The HR Executive will play a pivotal role in managing daily HR operations, driving employee engagement, and supporting strategic HR initiatives. This role requires excellent organisational skills, a strong understanding of HR processes, and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations - - Both UK and India
Overseeing operations and recruitment processes to ensure smooth running of day to day activities
Maintain and update employee records in compliance with legal and company standards.
Oversee compliance is followed through, sponsorship tasks actioned accurately, attendance tracking, and leave management etc
Ad Hoc as required day to day UK and India operations tasks assigned by line manager.
Employee Engagement and Development - - Both UK and India
Plan and execute employee engagement activities to promote a positive work environment.
Assist in identifying training and development needs and coordinating training programs.
Provide support for performance management processes and employee evaluations.
Manage yearly employee appraisals
AD hoc need as assigned by line manager
Compliance and Policies - Both UK and India
Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary procedures with sensitivity and fairness.
Reporting and Analytics
Prepare and analyse HR metrics, such as employee turnover, recruitment efficiency, and employee satisfaction.
Provide timely reports and recommendations to support decision-making.
General Support
Qualifications and Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: 0-3 years plus experience in HR roles.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of HR policies and employment laws, UK and India
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
