Beverage Preparation
- Prepare espresso-based beverages including Americano, Cappuccino, Latte, Flat White, Mocha, and specialty drinks.
- Ensure consistency in coffee quality, presentation, and taste.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment.
- Monitor coffee extraction, milk texture, and beverage standards.
Guest Service
- Welcome guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
- Take orders accurately and assist guests with menu recommendations.
- Handle customer feedback professionally and promptly.
- Maintain a positive and friendly atmosphere within the café.
Café Operations
- Follow opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and seating area.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages.
- Assist with stock rotation and storage of ingredients.
- Support bakery and service teams during busy hours.
Quality & Hygiene
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Ensure equipment is cleaned and maintained properly.
- Maintain personal grooming and professional appearance.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience as a Barista in a café, bakery, hotel, or restaurant.
- Knowledge of espresso extraction, milk steaming, and latte art preferred.
- Understanding of coffee beans, brewing methods, and café operations.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Team-oriented attitude with willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹30,263.61 per month
