ResoPro Services is looking for a Sales Consultant who can contribute to business growth while supporting partner sales teams with practical market-driven sales strategies.
This role requires someone who understands real market selling, lead generation, and B2B business development.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and generate leads for ResoPro consulting services
- Conduct client outreach, meetings, and follow-ups
- Support in converting leads into business opportunities
Partner Sales Enablement
- Work closely with our Partner sales teams
- Guide them on practical lead generation methods such as:
- Market visits
- Referrals
- Networking
- Local business outreach
- Provide on-field mentoring when required
Documentation & Communication
- Maintain structured sales records and reports
- Draft emails, proposals, and communication material
- Support development of sales enablement resources
Eligibility
✔ MBA (Mandatory)
✔ Commerce background preferred (B.Com / M.Com)
✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales / Business Development (Field Sales experience preferred)
✔ Experience in B2B or consultative selling preferred
Required Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to interact with business owners and sales professionals
- Good documentation and reporting skills
- Willingness to work in field when required
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
