Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate will create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, manage reservations efficiently, and ensure smooth seating arrangements to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Manage reservations, walk-in guests, and waiting lists efficiently.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide seating assistance.
- Coordinate with the service team to optimize table allocation and guest flow.
- Respond to guest inquiries and address concerns courteously and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting area.
- Monitor table availability and communicate updates with the restaurant team.
- Ensure a positive first and last impression for every guest.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-centric approach.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
- Basic computer/POS system knowledge is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Prior experience in hospitality or restaurant operations is an advantage.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
