Job Summary:
We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to manage patient interactions, handle inquiries, and ensure smooth coordination of diagnostic services. The role involves front-desk operations, appointment handling, and providing excellent patient service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle patient inquiries (walk-in, phone, email, WhatsApp) professionally
- Register patients and maintain accurate records in the system
- Schedule appointments for lab tests and home collections
- Guide patients on test preparation (fasting, timing, etc.)
- Coordinate with lab technicians and phlebotomists for sample collection
- Generate bills and receipts and maintain payment records
- Ensure proper follow-up for reports and patient queries
- Handle complaints and escalate issues when required
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the front office
- Ensure confidentiality of patient information
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
