Requirement : - Planning Engineer

Experience - 08 - 10 years
Qualification : B.E/B. Tech- Civil / B. Arch
Qualification : Proficiency in MS Project ,MS Power Point & Excel
Experience : 8-10 Years. He should have experience in High storied Residential Towers
(At least he should have experience from start to handing over in one high raise Residential Tower )
JD for Planning:
o Preparation of Project Master Schedule using MS project. He should prepare schedule independently.
o The levels used for preparation of schedule is L1, L2, L3, L4 and L5 consists of Major mile stones of the project,
Resource allocation, Procurement Plan, Project coordination, construction and WBS.
o Generating Micro schedules based on Master Schedule and providing same as targets to Project Team.
o Generating reports such as Man, Material and Machinery requirement on monthly basis.
o Liaison with clients, contractors and consultants for drawing requirements and obtaining necessary approvals.
o Preparing and submission of MIS Reports to Client & to TQ Cert in Power BI.
o Tracking and updating of Project Schedule on Weekly/Fortnightly Monthly basis.
o Quantity take-off from the GFC drawings.
o Plan and conduct review meetings with contractors and consultants and preparing MOM/Agenda/Open Issues Log.
o Estimation of Materials as per site requirement or schedule
o Updating DPR & DLR/WPR reports
o Develop detailed cost estimates and cost control procedures
o Prepare billing schedules Invoicing and Tracking cash flow reports
o Maintaining Drawing Control Register.
o Taking Site Photos /videos periodically for records.
o Learning & Implementing TQ Cert Software
o Maintaining TPL DMS in One Drive.
o Coordinating Audit/Training/Inspection programs.
o Periodical Independent Assessment of Site activities, Assigning and Coordinating with
Site Engineers for Methodology to be followed and Daily tasks.
o Verifying the site activities with Check lists.
o Reporting to Manager for daily site activities
