How you'll make an impact
Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed Pre & Post bind audits on UK Account Managers, Handlers, Executives managing UK Retail SME/Corp/Personal Lines clients. This is to ensure Gallagher Business Conduct is compliant with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards.

Verify the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of documentation, including client documentation, policies, endorsements, and correspondence.

Identify and document discrepancies, errors, or non-compliance issues, and recommend corrective actions.

Collaborate with teams to identify root causes of quality issues and drive process improvements.

Prepare QA reports, highlighting findings, trends, and actionable recom to teams on checklist creation, quality standards, and best practices for records keeping.
