About the Role
The Alpha Agency is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple client accounts. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage campaigns that drive measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for clients across various industries.
- Plan, manage, and optimize social media marketing campaigns on platforms including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Lead SEO initiatives, including on-page, off-page, technical SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.
- Manage paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Monitor website performance and recommend improvements for user experience and conversion optimization.
- Create and oversee content calendars aligned with brand objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing platforms.
- Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Coordinate with creative, content, development, and client servicing teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Stay updated with emerging digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior team members while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration (MBA – Marketing), or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
- Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
