We are seeking an energetic, target-driven and experienced Field Sales Executive to develop and grow our HORECA customer base. The ideal candidate should have prior experience selling food products, spices, seasonings, food ingredients, FMCG, or institutional food supplies to hotels, restaurants, cafés, caterers, cloud kitchens, bakeries, and food manufacturers.
The role involves identifying new business opportunities, conducting product presentations and tastings, generating orders, managing customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify and acquire new HORECA customers.
- Visit hotels, restaurants, cafés, QSRs, cloud kitchens, caterers, bakeries and institutional kitchens.
- Generate new business through field visits and networking.
- Build a strong pipeline of prospective customers.
- Develop long-term business relationships with chefs, purchase managers, owners and food entrepreneurs.
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Promote and sell RasaMantra's range of:
- Premium spices
- Spice blends
- Seasoning mixes
- Dehydrated food products powder
- Other food ingredients
- Conduct product demonstrations and sampling sessions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Negotiate commercial terms within company guidelines.
- Close sales and achieve monthly targets.
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing customers.
- Increase repeat orders and customer retention.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Build trust through exceptional service.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor products and pricing.
- Track industry trends.
- Identify new opportunities in the food service segment.
- Share customer feedback with the product development team.
Reporting
- Maintain daily visit reports.
- Update leads and customer interactions in the CRM or reporting system.
- Submit weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Share sales forecasts and pipeline updates.
