We are currently looking for an experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) for our sales team.

Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Experience: 2–5 years
Location: Bengaluru
Industry Experience: WPC or Plywood industry – Mandatory .
Candidate Requirements
Candidates must have prior experience in the WPC or Plywood industry.
Experience in B2B sales and business development will be preferred.
Should have experience in developing dealers, distributors, fabricators, contractors, architects, interior designers, or other relevant customers.
Strong knowledge of the WPC/Plywood market, products, applications, pricing, and competition.
Should be capable of generating new business and achieving sales targets.
Good communication, negotiation, customer relationship, and follow-up skills.
Should be willing to travel for market visits.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities and develop new customers.
Develop and maintain dealer/distributor networks.
Generate enquiries and convert them into orders.
Conduct regular market visits and identify new sales opportunities.
Maintain relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
Follow up on quotations, enquiries, orders, and payments.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and delivery.
