Job Title: Quality Check Executive / Site Quality Inspector
Job Purpose:
To ensure that all interior works are executed according to the approved drawings, specifications, materials, measurements, workmanship standards, and client requirements before and during project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect all ongoing and completed site works for quality and workmanship.
- Verify work according to approved drawings, BOQ, quotations, and client specifications.
- Check measurements, dimensions, alignment, levels, and finishing quality.
- Inspect incoming materials such as plywood, laminates, hardware, glass, lights, paints, tiles, etc.
- Ensure correct materials, brands, thicknesses, colours, and finishes are used as approved.
- Conduct quality checks at every stage of work:
- Civil work
- Electrical work
- Plumbing work
- False ceiling work
- Painting work
- Carpentry and furniture work
- Laminate and edge banding work
- Hardware installation
- Glass and mirror work
- Final finishing and cleaning
- Identify defects, damages, measurement errors, alignment issues, and finishing problems.
- Coordinate with the site supervisor and respective workers for rectification.
- Ensure rectification is completed and recheck the work before approval.
- Maintain a Quality Check Checklist for each project.
- Take photographs of completed and defective work for documentation.
- Report major quality issues to the Project Manager/Management immediately.
- Conduct a final inspection before client handover.
- Ensure the site is ready for client inspection and project handover.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of interior and construction materials.
- Good understanding of carpentry and modular furniture work.
- Ability to read drawings and take accurate measurements.
- Knowledge of laminates, plywood, hardware, edge banding, and finishing standards.

Job Purpose
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising, and successfully completing interior projects within the approved scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards, while ensuring smooth coordination between the client, site team, vendors, suppliers, and management.
Key Responsibilities1. Project Planning & Execution
- Study the approved quotation, BOQ, drawings, specifications, and project scope before starting the project.
- Prepare a detailed project execution plan and work schedule.
- Plan manpower, materials, vendors, and site activities.
- Ensure all works are completed according to the approved timeline.
- Monitor daily site progress and take corrective action in case of delays.
2. Site Coordination & Supervision
- Coordinate with Site Supervisors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, false ceiling teams, and other workers.
- Conduct regular site visits and review ongoing work.
- Ensure proper sequencing of all activities to avoid delays and rework.
- Resolve site-related issues and coordinate with management when necessary.
3. Client Coordination
- Act as the main point of coordination between the company and the client during project execution.
- Provide regular project progress updates to the client.
- Coordinate client approvals for materials, designs, changes, and additional works.
- Handle client concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
4. Material & Vendor Coordination
- Verify material requirements according to the approved project scope.
- Coordinate with the Purchase Team for timely material procurement and delivery.
- Ensure the correct materials are delivered to the site.
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for scheduled work completion.
- Monitor material usage and avoid unnecessary wastage.
5. Quality & Workmanship Control
- Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with the Quality Check team for inspections.
- Identify workmanship issues and ensure necessary rectification.
- Minimize rework through proper planning and supervision.
- Ensure proper finishing before client inspection and handover.
6. Timeline Management
- Prepare and monitor the project work schedule.
- Track planned versus actual progress.
- Identify potential delays and take corrective action.
- Coordinate resources to ensure timely project completion.
- Regularly update management regarding project status.
7. Cost & Scope Control
- Ensure work is carried out within the approved project scope.
- Monitor additional work and obtain necessary approvals before execution.
- Coordinate with management regarding variations and additional costs.
- Control unnecessary material wastage and avoid avoidable expenses.
8. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain project-related documents, including:
- Approved Drawings
- BOQ and Quotation
- Material List
- Work Schedule
- Daily/Weekly Progress Reports
- Client Approvals
- Additional Work Details
- Site Photographs
- Quality Check Reports
- Submit regular project status reports to management.
9. Project Completion & Handover
- Conduct a final inspection before project handover.
- Prepare and close all pending work and snag points.
- Coordinate final quality checks and rectification.
- Ensure proper site cleaning and finishing.
- Coordinate client inspection and final project handover.
- Obtain project completion confirmation from the client.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in Interior Project Management / Site Execution.
- Strong knowledge of residential interior works.
- Ability to read and understand drawings and BOQ.
- Knowledge of carpentry, modular furniture, electrical, plumbing, painting, false ceiling, and finishing works.
- Strong planning and team coordination skills.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and project reporting.
