Job Description:
We’re seeking a skilled Technical Helpdesk Administrator to provide first-level IT support, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and manage user access across Windows, Active Directory, and Office 365 environments. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and experienced with modern IT infrastructure and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems
- Troubleshoot Windows 11, hardware, and peripheral issues
- Manage Active Directory (2012+), including Azure policies and OU management
- Support Office 365 and Microsoft Azure environments
- Handle endpoint security tools and patch management
- Use PowerShell for basic scripting and automation tasks
- Maintain detailed logs and escalate complex issues as needed
Requirements:
- 2–3 years in IT support/helpdesk roles
- Working knowledge of AD, Office 365, Azure, and networking concepts
- Familiar with ITIL processes, LDAP, ADFS, NTLM, and PowerShell
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
