Head Procurement & Supply Chain (AV Industry)Location

Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Head – Procurement & Supply Chain to manage sourcing, vendor relationships, inventory planning, logistics, and procurement operations for our Audio Visual (AV) business. The candidate will ensure timely procurement of materials, cost optimization, and seamless support for project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies.
- Source AV products such as LED walls, displays, projectors, audio systems, video conferencing solutions, and accessories.
- Manage relationships with OEMs, distributors, and vendors.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and service agreements.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials for projects.
- Manage inventory planning and stock levels.
- Coordinate import procurement, logistics, and customs clearance.
- Work closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Project teams for BOQ-based procurement.
- Drive cost-saving initiatives and improve procurement efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, GST, and statutory requirements.
- Lead and mentor the procurement team.
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of AV products and industry vendors.
- Experience in strategic sourcing and vendor management.
- Good negotiation and commercial skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.
- Experience in import procurement and logistics.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Commerce, or Supply Chain.
- MBA in Operations/Supply Chain preferred.
Experience
- 12–18 years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain.
- Experience in AV, System Integration, Technology Distribution, or related industries preferred.
