Job Summary:
Teleperformance is hiring dynamic and customer-focused professionals for the Amazon Process. The role involves handling customer queries, resolving complaints, and providing excellent customer support through voice, chat, or email channels while maintaining high service quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer queries related to Amazon orders, refunds, returns, payments, and account-related issues.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Meet productivity and performance targets including quality, AHT, and CSAT.
- Escalate unresolved customer issues to the relevant department.
- Ensure proper documentation of customer interactions in the system.
- Follow company policies and process guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary / Graduate (as per process requirement).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (additional language preferred).
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Customer handling experience in BPO preferred; freshers can also apply.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, weekends, and night shifts if required.
