Corporate Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager (RSM)

Key Responsibilities
- Handle corporate and institutional sales for the assigned region.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and corporate clients.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
- Appoint new distributors and expand market presence across the region.
- Manage and support the sales team to improve productivity and market coverage.
- Conduct regular market visits for business development and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with merchandising, production, and dispatch teams for timely order execution.
- Prepare sales reports, market feedback, and forecasting reports for management.
- Ensure timely payment collection and outstanding follow-up from clients.
- Drive brand visibility and promotional activities in the assigned territory.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of corporate and regional sales operations.
- Ability to handle distributors and key accounts independently.
- Team handling and leadership capability.
- Strong market networking in garments/rainwear/apparel industry.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
Qualification
- Graduate / MBA in Marketing or related field preferred.
Experience
- 5 to 10 years of experience in corporate sales or regional sales management.
- Preferred experience in garments, rainwear, apparel, or textile industry.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
