Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive customer footfall, increase sales, enhance brand visibility, and strengthen customer engagement. The ideal candidate should have 2–5 years of experience in the retail sector and possess strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Brand Management
- Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to increase sales and customer acquisition.
- Plan and execute promotional activities, seasonal campaigns, and store events.
- Ensure consistent brand positioning across all marketing channels.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and media partners for marketing activities.
Digital Marketing
- Manage social media platforms and online marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize digital advertising performance.
- Develop content strategies to improve customer engagement and brand awareness.
- Coordinate email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
Sales & Customer Engagement
- Analyze customer behavior and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop loyalty programs and customer retention initiatives.
- Work closely with store operations teams to improve customer experience.
- Support sales teams in achieving revenue targets through effective promotions.
Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
- Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
- Analyze ROI of marketing activities and recommend improvements.
- Identify emerging trends and opportunities in the retail market.
Team Management
- Lead and supervise marketing staff and external agencies.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance to team members.
- Ensure timely execution of all marketing activities.
Required Skills

Qualifications
- MBA in Marketing (Preferred).
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of proven experience in retail marketing.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
