Role Overview
The Professional Pastry Chef Internship will gain practical experience in bakery and pastry production, cake decoration, dessert preparation, and commercial bakery operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts
- Support pastry chefs during production and finishing
- Follow baking recipes and measurement standards
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
- Participate in cake decoration and presentation
- Assist in ingredient preparation and inventory control
- Learn commercial bakery and pastry operations

Eligibility
