Role Summary
We are looking for a result-oriented Territory Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand market presence in the assigned territory. The role involves handling channel sales, project sales, and developing strong relationships with distributors, contractors, and industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Territory Management
- Achieve sales targets for assigned territory
- Develop and execute territory sales strategies
- Expand dealer/distributor network
Business Development
- Identify new projects and business opportunities
- Acquire new customers in industrial & infrastructure segments
- Increase product penetration across markets
Channel & Customer Management
- Manage and strengthen dealer/distributor relationships
- Engage with contractors, consultants, and EPC players
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
Market Intelligence
- Track competitor activities and pricing trends
- Provide market insights for strategy planning
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years in Cable Industry (STRICT)
- Experience in Power / Control / Instrumentation / Solar Cables / Wires
- Strong experience in B2B / Channel Sales / Project Sales
- Experience handling territory independently
- Graduate (MBA preferred)
- Electrical background (BE/B.Tech/Diploma) preferred
- Maximum Age: 42 years
- Willingness to travel within territory
- Strong network in industrial / infrastructure segment
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
