About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in core HR functions, including end to end recruitment, Stakeholder Management, and HR operations. It is ideal for students or recent graduates who want to build a career in Human Resources. Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment support: Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Onboarding assistance: Help with documentation and induction of new hires.
- Employee engagement: Coordinate activities and initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
- HR operations: Maintain employee records, update databases, and support HR compliance.
- Learning & development: Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops.
Requirements
- Education: Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational ability, and attention to detail.
- Tech proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office and HR tools is a plus.
- Attitude: Eagerness to learn, proactive mindset, and ability to work in a team.
