Key ResponsibilitiesConduct field visits to identify and acquire new customers.Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term business clients.Promote and sell plastic products to dealers, distributors, retailers, and industrial customers.Build and maintain strong customer relationships.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Conduct market surveys and monitor competitor activities.Present product features, pricing, and promotional offers to customers.Coordinate with sales and dispatch teams for timely order execution.Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, and payments.Submit daily visit reports and sales updates to the reporting manager.Represent the company professionally during customer meetings and business visits.Eligibility CriteriaBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or any relevant discipline.0–2 years of experience in Field Sales/Marketing.Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to work in field sales are encouraged to apply.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone applications.Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
