Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for investment casting products across target industries.
- Generate leads through customer visits, networking, and market research activities.
- Build strong relationships with OEMs, procurement teams, engineers, and key decision-makers.
- Promote the company's investment casting capabilities and technical solutions to prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable solutions.
- Manage RFQs, quotations, and customer inquiries from lead generation to order closure.
- Negotiate commercial terms and secure profitable business opportunities.
- Follow up on project developments, sample approvals, and production orders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
- Achieve sales targets and submit regular reports on sales activities, project status, and market updates.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within investment casting, foundry, precision components, machining, or engineering manufacturing industries.
- Strong understanding of investment casting processes, materials, and industrial applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel extensively for customer visits and business development activities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
