- Master's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial Relations, or equivalent

About the Role
The HR Manager will be responsible for building and managing complete Human Resources ecosystem, ensuring that people, processes, and culture support the Company's strategic objectives.
The role includes recruitment, organizational development, HR operations, employee engagement, statutory compliance, performance management, compensation, succession planning, learning & development, and HR analytics.
The selected candidate will establish scalable HR systems suitable for a professionally managed and publicly listed company.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Develop annual manpower plans.
- Prepare job descriptions.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment.
- Build talent pipelines.
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies and job portals.
- Conduct interviews and assessments.
- Manage offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Reduce time-to-hire while improving hiring quality.
Organization Development
- Design organizational structures.
- Define reporting relationships.
- Develop competency frameworks.
- Create career progression paths.
- Implement succession planning.
- Support organizational restructuring initiatives.
- Drive change management projects.
Performance Management
- Develop KPI and KRA frameworks.
- Implement annual performance appraisal systems.
- Coordinate goal setting and reviews.
- Facilitate performance calibration.
- Support performance improvement plans.
- Align individual goals with business objectives.
Learning & Development
- Conduct training needs analysis.
- Prepare annual training calendars.
- Coordinate technical, behavioural, and leadership training.
- Evaluate training effectiveness.
- Develop leadership development programs.
- Promote continuous learning culture.
HR Operations
- Manage employee lifecycle processes.
- Oversee attendance and leave administration.
- Coordinate payroll inputs with Finance.
- Maintain employee records.
- Manage HRMS.
- Ensure timely employee documentation.
Employee Relations & Culture
- Promote employee engagement.
- Handle grievances professionally.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys.
- Support conflict resolution.
- Organize employee communication and recognition initiatives.
- Foster a positive, high-performance workplace culture.
HR Policies & Compliance
- Develop and update HR policies.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and employment regulations.
- Coordinate statutory compliance relating to employees (PF, ESIC, gratuity, bonus, etc.) with Finance and consultants.
- Maintain HR compliance records.
- Support internal and external compliance audits.
Compensation & Benefits
- Support salary benchmarking.
- Manage annual increment and promotion processes.
- Coordinate incentive and bonus programs.
- Monitor employee benefits.
- Assist in workforce budgeting.
HR Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare monthly HR dashboards.
- Track recruitment metrics.
- Monitor attrition, absenteeism, and productivity.
- Report workforce statistics to management.
- Provide data-driven recommendations.
Leadership Support
- Advise management on HR strategy.
- Support departmental workforce planning.
- Assist in talent reviews.
- Facilitate leadership meetings related to people management.
- Contribute to strategic business planning from an HR perspective.
