1. Greet customers, listen to their vehicle concerns, and record detailed symptoms for the technicians.
2. Estimates & Scheduling: Develop accurate cost estimates for parts and labor, calculate deductibles, and schedule appointments.3. Workflow Management: Act as the liaison between the customer, mechanics, and the parts department. Track repair progress, prioritize tasks, and manage promised delivery times.
4 Technical Translation: Explain complex mechanical issues and required maintenance in simple, understandable terms for the customer.
5. Sales & Upselling: Recommend preventive maintenance and additional services according to manufacturer specifications.
6. Billing & Follow-up: Review invoices, process payments, and follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
