About the Role
We are seeking qualified and dedicated Doctors across all specializations to join our healthcare network in Shimoga, Kadur, and Chikkamagaluru. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering high‑quality patient care, maintaining clinical excellence, and contributing to a collaborative medical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive medical consultation, diagnosis, and treatment to patients.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including nurses, technicians, and administrative staff.
- Participate in clinical discussions, case reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to medical ethics, clinical protocols, and institutional guidelines.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, preventive care, and health management.
- Handle emergency cases as required (based on specialization).
Qualifications & Requirements
- MBBS with valid registration (mandatory).
- MD / MS / DNB / Diploma / Fellowship in any specialization (preferred but not mandatory for general physician roles).
- Valid Karnataka Medical Council (KMC) registration or willingness to obtain it.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and patient‑centric approach.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative healthcare environment.
