Job Overview
Adsego Future is looking for a smart, organized, and responsible Business Development Manager cum HR to manage daily business operations, coordinate with team members, track company performance data, and support overall business growth.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, leadership quality, team coordination ability, and experience in handling business operations and HR-related activities.
Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with experience in Digital Marketing, Advertising, Media Production, Branding, or Marketing Agencies will be preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor day-to-day business activities
- Track business performance, leads, client updates, and operational data
- Coordinate with the entire team to ensure smooth workflow and task completion
- Handle employee coordination, attendance, and basic HR operations
- Maintain reports, spreadsheets, and performance tracking systems
- Support client communication and follow-ups when required
- Assist management in planning business growth strategies
- Ensure timely reporting and internal communication between departments
- Monitor productivity and help improve operational efficiency
- Conduct recruitment support and interview coordination when needed
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in Business Development / Operations / HR
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Leadership and problem-solving skills
- Professional attitude and team management capability
- Basic understanding of digital marketing or media industry is an added advantage
