Customer Sourcing & Group Formation: Identify potential borrowers (primarily women in self-help groups), explain micro-finance products, and facilitate group formation.
Field Visits: Travel daily within the assigned territory or village to meet customers and assess their needs/creditworthiness.
Loan Disbursement & EMI Collection: Assist in loan processing and ensure timely collection of weekly/monthly EMIs (Equated Monthly Installments) from groups or individuals.
Portfolio Management: Maintain accurate records of collections and ensure a healthy, low-risk portfolio for the branch.
Customer Relationship: Address customer queries, build trust, and maintain high retention rates.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Minimum 12th Pass; graduates (Any stream) are highly preferred.
Experience: 1 - 2 years of experience in microfinance or direct sales is preferred, but freshers are frequently hired.
Requirements: Candidates usually need a two-wheeler, a valid driving license, and a smartphone for fieldwork.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
