Hiring Bartender / Server – Hola, Fontainhas (Panjim)
Hola, a vibrant restaurant located in Fontainhas, Panjim, is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender / Server to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Create classic and signature cocktails with consistency and flair
- Take food and beverage orders and serve guests professionally
- Interact with guests, recommend drinks and menu items, and provide excellent service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas
- Manage bar stock and assist with inventory control
- Ensure responsible service of alcohol and follow safety standards
- Coordinate with kitchen and team members for smooth daily operations
- Handle billing and guest requests when required
Requirements:
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Minimum 1 year of bartending, serving, or hospitality experience
- Well-groomed and presentable appearance
- Good knowledge of basic cocktails, beverages, and guest service
- Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Immediate joining preferred
Job Details:
- Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 per month (based on experience)
- Timings: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM (with break between lunch & dinner service)
- Weekly Off: 1 day per week (discussed during interview)
