Centennial College is seeking a proactive, tech-forward creative professional to drive international enrollment growth through a specialized, dual-focused role. Based in our upcoming Delhi Office, you will bridge the gap between modern digital workflows and traditional relationship-building, splitting your time equally (50/50) between International Recruitment Support and active Social Media Content Creation & Marketing.

Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Strategy & Content Creation (50%)
· Content Generation & Design: Actively script, shoot, edit, and design engaging, localized multimedia content (reels, video shorts, carousels, posts, and graphics) tailored specifically for the South Asian market on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and WhatsApp.
· Platform & Community Management: Own and grow the regional team’s day-to-day presence across social media channels and messengers (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and WhatsApp marketing flows), engaging actively with followers and building an online community.
· Digital Storytelling: Formulate creative campaigns that translate student and alumni success stories into compelling visual narratives, spotlighting career integration and student resilience.
· Performance Analytics: Maintain a “single source of truth” dashboard by using data-driven insights to analyze social media engagement and campaign metrics, continuously optimizing content to improve regional lead conversion.
· Account Coordination: Manage and monitor multiple regional social media accounts if required to ensure consistent messaging across various territories.
· Digital Tools & AI Innovation: Leverage modern digital productivity tools and AI-powered design software (such as Canva, ChatGPT, and video editing suites) to streamline workflows, innovate design layouts, and maintain a high volume of fresh creative assets.
2. International Recruitment & Conversion Support (50%)
· Target Achievement: Support localized recruitment efforts to meet international enrollment targets, focusing on high-quality applications and student readiness.
· Conversion Activities: Execute high-touch conversion strategies, including one-on-one virtual or in-person counseling sessions and personalized follow-ups with offer holders.
· Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct dynamic information sessions, webinars, and regional events to engage directly with prospective students, parents, and partners.
· Partner Collaboration: Work closely with trusted recruitment partners, legal/service providers, and internal admissions teams to ensure a seamless transition from digital lead generation to final enrollment.
· Training & Resources: Develop modern, visual training assets—including interactive dashboards and short instructional videos—to keep partner agencies updated on program changes and market trends.
· Market Intelligence: Represent Centennial at on-the-ground recruitment fairs and activities, providing real-time market insights to inform overall regional strategy.

· Social Media Portfolio: Demonstrated experience managing professional social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn) and a strong ability to produce original photo/video content.
· Digital & AI Proficiency: Advanced skills in modern digital marketing tools, mobile video editing apps, and familiarity with AI utilities to optimize content workflows and asset design.
· Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the South Asian digital media landscape and the international education ecosystem is highly preferred.
