Key Responsibilities
- Monitor IoT devices, sensors, gateways, and dashboards on a regular basis.
- Track real-time data such as temperature, humidity, equipment status, energy consumption, and other parameters.
- Identify abnormal readings, device failures, connectivity issues, and system alerts.
- Take appropriate first-level corrective actions and escalate technical issues to the concerned team.
- Maintain daily monitoring reports, incident reports, and device status records.
- Coordinate with field/service technicians for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Verify sensor data accuracy and report data abnormalities.
- Monitor internet/network connectivity and IoT device communication.
- Maintain records of device installations, replacements, repairs, and service activities.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
- Support the team in testing and commissioning new IoT devices and systems.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of IoT, sensors, networking, and connected devices.
- Basic computer knowledge and good understanding of MS Excel.
- Ability to work with web/mobile-based dashboards.
- Good observation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand technical alerts and follow troubleshooting procedures.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
Qualification
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
