- Laundry Operations
- Sort linens, uniforms, and guest laundry according to fabric type and washing requirements.
- Operate washing machines, dryers, and other laundry equipment safely.
- Ensure proper use of detergents and chemicals.
- Drying & Finishing
- Dry laundry items according to recommended settings.
- Iron, press, fold, and stack linens and uniforms neatly.
- Ensure all items are stain-free and properly finished.
- Handling Guest Laundry
- Tag and record guest laundry items.
- Ensure timely processing and delivery of guest laundry.
- Report any damaged items to the supervisor.
- Quality Control
- Inspect linens and uniforms for stains, damages, or wear.
- Separate items for rewash or repair if needed.
- Workplace Cleanliness
- Keep the laundry area clean and organized.
- Follow hygiene and safety procedures.
- Ensure proper storage of chemicals and equipment.
- Inventory Support
- Assist in counting linens and uniforms during stock checks.
- Report shortages or damaged items.
