Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior MuleSoft Developer with strong hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and deploying scalable integration solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience working across API, B2B, Cloud, Data, ETL, and EAI integration environments.
The role involves end-to-end integration development, technical solution design, troubleshooting, client collaboration, and mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, configure, and deploy scalable integration solutions.
- Gather and analyze integration requirements from customer IT and business teams.
- Develop and implement integrations using MuleSoft, Adeptia, Talend, or equivalent platforms.
- Work with REST, SOAP, SOA, OAuth, SAML, SSO, and SSL/TLS.
- Perform data transformation, mapping, cleansing, validation, and quality management.
- Work with XML, XSD, JSON, XSLT, and databases such as MSSQL, Oracle, and MySQL.
- Work with HTTPS, SFTP, JDBC, and messaging platforms such as Kafka, Azure Service Bus, and RabbitMQ.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and perform end-to-end testing and validation.
- Conduct code reviews and maintain technical and solution documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and onshore/offshore teams.
- Lead technical modules and mentor junior engineers.
Required Skills:
- 4–7 years of experience in Integration Development and Solution Design.
- Strong hands-on experience with MuleSoft, Adeptia, Talend, or equivalent integration tools.
- Strong understanding of API, ETL, EAI, B2B, Cloud, and Data Integration.
- Expertise in REST, SOAP, SOA, OAuth, SAML, SSO, SSL/TLS, and IDP.
- Proficiency in XML, XSD, JSON, and XSLT.
- Good knowledge of RDBMS/NoSQL databases, including MSSQL, Oracle, and MySQL.
- Experience with Kafka, Azure Service Bus, or RabbitMQ.
- Good understanding of Core Java and Java frameworks.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Experience working in a customer-facing service delivery environment.
- Ability to lead technical tasks and mentor junior team members.
Good to Have:
- Knowledge of EDI, EDIFACT, and IDOC integration standards.
- Exposure to ReactJS, AngularJS, or NodeJS.
- Experience with Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Prior onshore client-facing experience.
