Entrepreneurship & Financial Literacy Trainer
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka
Engagement Type: Freelance / Per-session
We are looking for an experienced Entrepreneurship & Financial Literacy Trainer / Industry Expert to conduct 2 interactive training sessions, with each session lasting 2 hours, as part of an Industry Readiness Program designed to help students develop practical business and financial awareness.
The trainer will introduce students to entrepreneurial thinking, business fundamentals, financial decision-making, personal money management, and practical financial awareness that can support them in both their professional and personal lives.
Training Approach
The sessions should be practical, interactive, and experience-driven, with a strong focus on real-world application rather than textbook-based teaching.
The trainer is expected to incorporate:
- Real-world startup and business examples
- Entrepreneurial case studies and business scenarios
- Business problem-solving and decision-making exercises
- Practical activities around budgeting and money management
- Financial planning and personal finance exercises
- Discussions on real financial situations faced by young professionals
- Interactive group activities and simulations
- Insights from actual entrepreneurial or financial advisory experience
- Constructive feedback and practical guidance

Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in entrepreneurship, business management, financial planning, or financial education
- Candidates with backgrounds as Startup Founders, Entrepreneurs, Certified Financial Planners (CFP), Business Consultants, or Financial Advisors are preferred
- Genuine experience in operating a business or providing financial advisory services
- Strong understanding of entrepreneurship, business fundamentals, personal finance, budgeting, and financial decision-making
- Ability to explain business and financial concepts in a simple, practical, and student-friendly manner
- Experience conducting interactive, activity-based, or experiential training is preferred
- Prior experience training college students or young professionals is an added advantage
- Strong communication, facilitation, mentoring, and presentation skills
- Ability to use real-world examples, case studies, and practical exercises
- Must be based in or near Bangalore/Bengaluru and available for in-person training sessions
Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹2,000.00 per hour
