- Experience: Minimum 2–4 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer support.
- Communication skills: Excellent verbal communication in English, Tamil, and Hindi (preferred).
- Sales skills: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Tech proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and call management systems.
- Professional attitude: Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
- Lead generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through outbound and inbound calls.
- Customer engagement: Build strong relationships with clients by providing accurate information and addressing queries.
- Sales conversion: Persuade and convert leads into successful sales opportunities.
- Team mentoring: Guide junior telecallers, share best practices, and help improve team performance.
- Reporting: Maintain detailed call records, update CRM systems, and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Target achievement: Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales and performance goals.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
