We are looking for experienced person with B2B export track record (5-7 years) from lead generation to shipment and collections closure.
Main task - Lead export business end-to-end: international lead generation, distributor/channel development, order conversion, export execution (documentation + logistics oversight) and payment realization.
Key responsibilities Build target market plans (country/segment selection, channel strategy, competitor and pricing positioning). Drive international lead generation through outbound outreach, trade portals, exhibitions and partner networks; maintain a clean pipeline cadence. Convert RFQs into orders: qualify requirements, coordinate technical inputs, prepare and negotiate techno-commercial offers and contracts. Develop and manage distributors/agents: onboarding, terms, targets, training and periodic performance reviews. Oversee export execution: Incoterms alignment, documentation accuracy, coordination with forwarders/CHA, and on-time shipments. Own collections discipline: manage payment terms (advance/LC/DP/DA) and coordinate with finance/banks for closures. Create SOPs/checklists and coach 2 export executives; run weekly reviews with clear KPIs and accountability.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
